Welcome to SubTrack Pro
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SubTrack Pro's subscription management application and website (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by SubTrack Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SubTrack Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SubTrack Pro. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Use of Service
Permitted Use
SubTrack Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial subscription management purposes.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate subscription information and not to use the Service to track subscriptions that you do not have a legitimate right to manage.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized Access
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
Malicious Use
You may not use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code, or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
Data Mining
You may not use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Service or collect any information from the Service.
Impersonation
You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Illegal Activities
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Subscription & Payments
Free Tier
SubTrack Pro offers a free tier with limited features. The free tier is subject to usage limits and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Paid Plans
Paid subscription plans (currently “SubTrack Pro” at USD $9.00/month or USD $72.00/year) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period.
Free Trial
New paid subscriptions may include a complimentary 7‑day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period, but a valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial through your account settings.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third‑party payment processor. By providing a payment method, you also agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. SubTrack Pro does not collect, store, or have access to your full card number, expiration date, or CVC — those details are submitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and billing frequency unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, which will open the Stripe‑hosted billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features through the time you have already paid for.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non‑refundable. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion for certain circumstances. Annual subscriptions may receive a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 14 days. Refund requests should be sent to support@subtrackpro.ca.
Intellectual Property
Our Property
SubTrack Pro, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SubTrack Pro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you input into SubTrack Pro. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.
Trademarks
SubTrack Pro and its logos are trademarks of SubTrack Pro. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers & Limitations
As-Is Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No Financial Advice
SubTrack Pro is a subscription tracking tool and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for such advice.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUBTRACK PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Survival
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Venue
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
