Google User Data

SubTrack Pro's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request access to your Google profile (name and email) to authenticate your account. We do not access, store, or transfer your Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, or any other Google service data beyond what is minimally necessary. Google user data is never used for targeted advertising, sold to data brokers, or used to train AI/ML models.

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your public Google profile information (name and email address) for the purpose of creating and authenticating your SubTrack Pro account. We do not request or store access to your Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google service data.

Subscription Data

We collect information about the subscriptions you track, including service names, billing amounts, renewal dates, and categories you assign.

Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you use SubTrack Pro, including features accessed, time spent, and interaction patterns to improve our service.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

Service Providers

We share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our service, including cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), a PCI‑DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We share with Stripe the information needed to create your account and process payments — your name, email address, billing address, and a Stripe customer identifier we store on our side. SubTrack Pro never sees, stores, or transmits your full card number, CVC, or bank details; those are entered directly into Stripe’s hosted payment form and held only on Stripe’s infrastructure. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for the payment data it collects and is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SubTrack Pro, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred. We will notify users of any such change and any choices they may have.

No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Google user data obtained via Google Sign-In is never sold or transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the SubTrack Pro service.

No Use for Advertising or AI Training

We do not use your data — including any Google user data — for targeted advertising, personalized advertisements, or to train, improve, or build AI/ML models. All data use is strictly limited to providing and improving the SubTrack Pro subscription management service for you.

Access & Portability

You can access and download your personal data at any time through your account settings. We provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

Correction & Deletion

You can update your account information at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Marketing Opt-Out

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or adjusting your notification preferences.

Active Accounts

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you with our services.

Account Deletion

Backups

Data in backups may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
